HOW TO BECOME A STALL HOLDER - 22/23 SUMMER SEASON

Calling on local foodies, photographers, artists, clothing designers, accessories, beach and lifestyle products and entertainers to be part of the next Scarborough Sunset Markets set along the Scarborough beachfront. 

These markets will take place every Thursday night from 3 November 2022 to 27 April 2023 between 5pm and 9pm.

This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place at Scarborough Sunset Markets.

Only those selected to participate will be notified. If you are not notified it means you are still on our waitlist.

Please note preference will be be given to current financial members of the Scarborough Beach Association (who live or have their business locally).

Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted for the upcoming season. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

Fees

Food Stall 3m x 3m or Vehicles - Upper Market Square = $405 + GST

Coffee, Beverage & Dessert Stalls 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $195 + GST

Retail Stall 3m x 3m = $105 + GST

Scarborough Beach Association Members = $99 + GST

Not for Profit Charity - non food only = FREE (subject to available space)

Brand Activation = Price on Application

A quintessential beach market showcasing all that makes Scarborough iconic and invites locals and visitors alike to rediscover the Scarborough beachfront. Scarborough Sunset Markets are an iconic food & entertainment destination every Thursday night in WA. Locals and tourists alike flock to these markets to eat, drink, shop and enjoy our beautiful beach and magnificent WA sunsets.

The event is supported by the Scarborough Beach Association and City of Stirling . The markets are supported by a significant marketing and media campaign and have become an integral part of the community and tourism landscape, attracting thousands of visitors each week.
